Our Services

ANIVO provides healthcare navigation services including appointment coordination, medical translation and interpretation, medical transport arrangements, care coordination, and connections to trusted travel agencies and visa agents where needed.

We act as a navigation and coordination service only. We are not a medical provider, and nothing we communicate constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions remain the responsibility of you and your treating healthcare professionals.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. Providing false or misleading information may affect our ability to assist you and could result in termination of services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate travel and health insurance coverage for your time in Vietnam. ANIVO can assist with insurance liaison but is not responsible for insurance outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

ANIVO acts in good faith to connect you with reputable healthcare providers and services. However, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or outcomes of third-party healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, translators, transport providers, or any other third parties we engage on your behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANIVO's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you for those services.

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated to you clearly before we begin work on your behalf. By engaging our services, you agree to pay the agreed fees in a timely manner.

Fees for third-party services (such as hospital fees, transport costs, or visa agent fees) are separate from ANIVO's service fees and are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
